Apartment in Co-ownership - sale price < or equal to €50,000 Fixed fees €3,000

Apartment in Co-ownership – sale price >€50,001 Fixed fees €5,000

Price for a property between €50,000 and €299,999 See details below

Displayed selling prices from €300,000 to €450,000 Maximum fees 6.5%

Displayed sale prices of more than €450,001 Maximum fees 5 %
